Description

As part of our transition to becoming an independent Uplynk service, we are introducing a new authentication management system for our CMS. This change is scheduled to take effect on January 13, 2025, after 1 PM ET. What You Need to Do: ------------------------------------------------ -- When you log in after the transition, you’ll need to reset your password (for security reasons, existing passwords cannot be migrated). -- Please ensure your account has an active email address on file, as this will be used to send you the password reset link. -- To update your email in the CMS UI, go to: Settings → User Settings → Change Email -- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be temporarily unavailable during the transition. We expect it to be reinstated by January 27th. Please note that this change will only affect logins made via the user interface (UI) and will not impact any system-level APIs. Questions? ------------------------------------------------ We’ll be sharing additional information closer to the rollout date. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@uplynk.com. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we make this important update.

[Update] !!REMINDER!! As part of our transition to becoming an independent Uplynk service, we are introducing a new authentication management system for our CMS. This change is scheduled to take effect on January 13, 2025, after 1 PM ET. What You Need to Do: ------------------------------------------------ A) Please ensure your account has an active email address on file, as this will be used to send you the password reset link. To update your email in the CMS UI, go to: Settings → User Settings → Change Email B) When you log in after the transition, you’ll need to reset your password (for security reasons, existing passwords cannot be migrated). Follow these steps to reset your password 1)Enter in your account email address in the Sign In field. 2) On the Password screen, click "Forgot Password" -- DO NOT try entering in your previous Edgio IDS password. 3) Enter in your account email once more on the "Forgot Your Password?" page and click Submit 4) If your account email is in the system, you will receive an email within a few minutes with a link to reset your password. ----The reset email will be coming from identity-support@uplynk.com. ----Check your spam/junk folders. In addition, it may be required to check with your IT department about trusting emails from identity-support@uplynk.com 5) Follow the link provided in the email and enter in your new password. 6) Start the login process again using your account email address and new password. **Please note that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be temporarily unavailable during the transition. We expect it to be reinstated by January 27th.** **Please note that this change will only affect logins made via the user interface (UI) and will not impact any system-level APIs.** Questions? ------------------------------------------------ If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@uplynk.com. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we make this important update.
