[Identified] Edgio Engineers are investigating an issue which is impacting the MMD Live ingest service in Frankfurt, Germany (FRA). For any MMD Live slot which has Frankfurt configured as the primary ingest, customers are advised to ensure they are publishing to the backup ingest point to avoid any loss of service.
